07/30/2013 - Matt Savage Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $200K in Conway, AR. We were using a real estate agent out of Benton who just wasn't working out. He didn't send us links or respond in a timely manner (if at all) to our requests to see a place. When we wanted to look at a house south of Conway, we found Laura Davis. From the first day we started working with her, she was on the ball and worked tirelessly with us. Each day there were MANY listings for us to consider and any listing at all we wanted to look at, she set up and we were able to view the next day. We viewed many houses with Laura but not quite finding the one that captured us. One night in bed, I noticed a new listing in Conway. On the outside chance Laura might check her e-mail from home, I sent her a request to look at a new foreclosure. To my pleasant surprise not only did she respond but also set up a viewing the next day! Well that was the house! We couldn't believe how beautiful it and the land was! From that moment Laura made sure to keep us up on any paperwork we needed to fill out, Even when we were waiting on Fanny Mae to process the paperwork, Laura was checking in with them and trying to expedite the paperwork so we could move in! From the moment we met her until that final day we go the keys to our new house, Laura was there ever step of the way. We would recommend Laura Davis to ANYBODY who is looking for a house!

12/07/2014 - cmgehe Sold a home in 2014 in Caney, Conway, AR 72032. I can’t say enough good things about Laura. When we decided to sell our home I found Laura’s name on Zillow as one of the top sellers for the area our home was located. I made an appointment with Laura to meet with us at our home. She reviewed the home with us and made recommendations on some additional improvements we could make over several we had already completed. It took us about ten days to complete the additional improvements. We listed the house with the expectation it would take three or four months for an offer. We were pleasantly surprised when we got two offers on the same day only two weeks after the house was listed! We got our asking price and closed in three weeks! Laura went above and beyond in her service as our listing agent. Laura was on vacation when the offer came through with another realtor. She stayed in close communication with me via texting and emails. I was even texting with her while she was attending a wedding. She was prompt in emailing me the offer and acceptance which we handled through the internet. Laura is a professional, she always keeps her appointments and goes above and beyond when staying in contact with her clients. She answers her phone calls or promptly returns calls that are missed. Even if she is at a wedding! Our experience selling our home with Laura went above and beyond our expectations. The whole process could not have gone any better. This is largely due to the hard work put in by Laura Davis.

04/04/2013 - Suzi Scroggins Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $175K in Cabot, AR. Laura is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She goes way above and beyond what a normal real estate agent is expected to do. She started working with me months ago while I was still in Japan by sending me tons of listings and any information I wanted. She also made special trips to go out and check on houses I was interested in before I even got to the states. And in fact, at one point, she took me to her office to look through every single house in the area and price range that I was searching just to make sure we had covered every single possibility available. She is one of the hardest working people I've met. She always answers questions as quickly as possible and does any research she needs to to help your situation. Laura not only shows you the good things about the homes but also the negative things too so that you are fully aware of what you'll be going into before you make that important decision. I love her honesty. Laura truly listens to the requests of each of her clients and really cares about finding them a home that they will love to have a life in. She is a gem, especially in this industry. Her dedication and drive really show she has a passion for helping families find their new home. I feel like she is more of a friend than my realtor. I love her so much and would recommend Laura to anyone that is real and wants a real agent to work with.

I found information on her at the Chamber of Commerce building where she had glossy triple size cards with phone numbers of essential services and her real estate company and a picture of her. I called her when I got back to work and she listened to what I wanted in a house and the general area of where I would like to live. It was never a problem to show me different houses at different places and when we got to the neighborhood in which we found the house I wanted I told her the house looked familiar , sure enough a friend of mine had owned it and I had been there a couple years before!

I was very pleased with my sale, but in buying a home, I really only had a weekend on a visit. I sent a ton of my own research to Laura and she made an incredible schedule to see about 20 homes in two days and adjusting the schedule based on what she learned on our first day that weekend. Not only that but she found my dream home that I never even ran across in my search based off of our first day viewing homes. We closed on that home and did it remotely. We were putting a small 2 bedroom house, which was a tough sell, on the market for the third time in two years (and she was the third realtor to try), with very little optimism based on our previous inability to sell. We listed in September, received two competing offers from our first two showings, and closed in December. Let me repeat...this was NOT an easy house to sell, but she was able to effortlessly! I was a little hesitant to contact her, as I noticed she had some very nice, expensive listings, and we were trying to sell a very small, not fancy house. She was very encouraging and let me know she listed all sizes and prices of homes. I staying in communication with Laura the few months before we listed, asking questions and advice, and she was incredibly responsive and helpful, even before we were officially her clients! We live in Russellville and were listing a house in East Conway, which is about a 45 minute drive. She was so great about trying to minimize how many trips we had to make to Conway, especially during the week when we would have to take time off work. She was able to provide recommendations on local electricians, plumbers, etc. anytime something needed to be done. She prioritizes communication and is extremely diligent in providing quick, useful feedback. I would recommend Laura to absolutely anyone with any type of home. While I have not had experience with her as a buyer, I know from the seller's end, Laura cares about her clients and will get the very best for them. She will ask the right questions and provide detailed feedback and insight. My ONLY complaint is that we can't use her to buy a new house in Russellville!! :) (but if she was ever available in this area, I would use her again without a doubt!)
