Being that we would be out of state during the duration of the transaction, we needed someone dependable, responsive and could manage complex stressful situations; Laura epitomized these characteristics. She was able to quickly provide professional contacts to provide quotes when unforeseen issues arose. Further, she collaborated with the contractors to ensure that she was present when such quotes were being provided.

Her photographer provided great photos and her staging was amazing. Laura also provided detailed updates after each open house and provided guidance based on the changing market conditions. All our questions were met with quick and knowledgeable responses. She even went as far as researching permits and ensuring that all were closed.

We recently sold our home with Laura De Francesco of Provident Legacy RES. After a series of interviews with brokers we were convinced Laura was the right person to sell our home, from a marketing, sales, networking, responsiveness and transparency perspective. She exceeded our expectations through the process, starting with stellar marketing for the property. In addition to brochures, websites, and drone pictures, Laura hosted a brokers event with over forty brokers in the tristate area at our property to ensure there was a wide coverage of clients. We then worked with Laura to schedule open houses each weekend to maximize the showings in early days which is the most impactful for a new listing. The showings were made through an easy web based process and Laura’s quick responses to prospective buyer’s agents was invaluable. She studied the property very well and was able to display all the features clearly and methodically. Her feedback to us was quick and to the point after each showing, allowing us to keep a pulse on the market. We received several offers above asking price within six days of listing, worked with Laura to accept the best overall offer terms, and we were in contract within three weeks. Post contract due diligence was undertaken with utmost precision and transparency allowing both us and the buyers to quickly move to closing and seal the deal. In addition to selling our property, Laura simultaneously helped us find a rental and worked with us through negotiating a deal that worked for both us and the landlord. Until the very end, even after closing, Laura’s professionalism and responsiveness thrived in building a longer term relationship with her. We would highly recommend her as a broker of integrity, knowledge, grit and most of all a really nice person to work with through such a major process.

Laura was very patient and kind. She helped me search for an apartment in JC for 4 months! It was a really long and hard search. She went to see units while I was out of town which was extremely helpful. Communication was constant. When I finally found a place, she stayed in constant contact with me and management at that building, making sure everything was in order. She did all this while I was out of state. I’ve worked with several realtors in Jersey and only Laura was helpful enough to do the extensive search online and in person for me. She has a great attitude and very positive even when I felt like giving up.

We were referred to Laura in NJ by a friend in Maryland. From the get go, Laura was engaging, straight forward and fair in all of her dealings. Laura was very clear in what services she would offer for the sale of our mother's house in Bayonne. She recommended some repairs/changes we needed to make to house to get it ready for sale and had great contacts for various handy man issues (like a lock smith). The photos and video of the house were amazing and, after the listing, the home sold quickly. Laura also was very key in dealing with the buyer's agent and the attorneys, which alleviated a lot of headaches for us. She knows the NJ market, was a tough negotiator on our behalf, and got us the best price for the house. The sale of this home also involved a lot of messy family details but Laura was able to navigate through all of our issues with grace, which we greatly appreciated. I met Laura through Redfin when I was in the process of looking for my first home. Honestly, I have dealt with realtors in the past who didn’t make me feel a sense of security, knowledge and passion about their job. I was really at a lose when it came to who I should trust. From my first conversation with her, I could already tell she knew her stuff and was committed to making sure that I found the right home for my family. Not only did she show extreme patience, but passion like as if this were her home too. Everyone she recommended that we worked with were absolutely fantastic! The process was so smooth, I couldn’t believe it myself.

They were always available anytime of the day and night. (Talk about dream team) I’m so happy that I found her and went with Laura as my realtor! I would never use anyone else. The whole experience with Laura was great from start to finish. We were renting out our place for the very first time and wanted to make it a hassle free experience. Which is exactly what we got. Laura was professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions regarding the process. Once we got the ball rolling everything was taken care of for us, a photographer took pics of our place, the listing went up and within a day of the listing going up we started getting showing requests. And it was all automated meaning we could say yes or no right on our phone when it came to setting times. By the weekend our place was off the market. Each potential client had been screened as per our criteria and we didn't have to worry about background checks. Laura was always available throughout the process right till we handed off the keys to our new tenant, making sure all our needs were being taken care of. Would definitely recommend her services.

I was blessed to find Abigail Maldonado when I was searching for an apartment in Jersey City. Not only have I dealt with rental agents numerous times, I have purchased and sold 6 properties. Hiring Laura is the best decision I made and made my home buying experience very calm, which I’ve been told is the best home buying experience you can have :) As a first time homebuyer I first contacted her months before I was ready to buy and she was so patient and walked me through every step. She is super responsive via phone email, text, punctual to appointments everything you want in a professional. She never pushed me or nagged me like some realtors do, and never pushed me in a direction I wasn't comfortable with. Not only that but laura has AMAZING relationships with other realtors, lawyers, bankers, inspectors, etc. that will make your process so flawless and smooth. Other professionals in the homebuying world love working with her and will even make exceptions (such as working on the weekend) just because she has such a strong relationship with them! She helped us find our dream home and took us to see listing after listing, never stopping until we were satisfied. She assisted us with coming up with a reasonable offer. After our offer was accepted, she also helped us set up appointments and managed the process by communicating with all parties and so all I really had to do was show up to the inspection and closing! (Truly, I felt like mostly I just signed stuff and Laura did everything else!) It was a huge relief and weight off of my shoulders. I highly recommend her; her work ethic is impeccable and she will not stop until you are satisfied. It is rare to meet people like Laura in your life; I would 150% work with her again.

Let me first start by saying how happy and LUCKY were to find Laura! We just closed on our first home and couldn't be happier. We were first time home-buyers who had no idea where to start.
