As a first time home buyer Laura Wheeler was extremely helpful in guiding us through the process and making sure we had a clear understanding. She was extremely professional and very responsive at all times of the day to answer any questions or request that we had. She made herself readily available to help schedule showings on short notice but also during inspections and walk throughs which made her standout from other agents we spoke to. My husband and I had heard how amazing Laura was in the Greater Boston market so we knew we had to work with her! We knew her personally as well so it just made sense to go with someone we could trust!

Laura's attention-to-detail and industry knowledge is unmatched. While touring homes, I was incredibly impressed with Laura's vast understanding of the structural integrity of houses (plumbing, building material, land, etc.)! It made us feel so comfortable knowing she had our best interest at heart and she could spot a great house (or bad house) during our process!

Especially during unprecedented times that we are in, she was truly a dream to work with. She handled our anxiety and COVID-19 hurdles with such grace and patience. As first time homebuyers, we had a LOT of questions and she was always available to provide us with advice and answers. Laura knew what we were looking for in a home and she helped us find the perfect house for us! She is the BEST!

Based on my experience, I found Laura was very easy to work with. She listened to what my needs were, analyzed my thoughts, provided feedback and immediate assistance. Within less than a month, I was able to find the tenant I was looking for.
