Laura, an Arizona native, began her real estate career building a property investment portfolio for a group of private investors. This entailed in-depth market analysis, asset acquisition research, and successfully negotiating the acquisition of all properties. This challenging experience transformed into the redeveloping and selling of single-family homes in Scottsdale, North Scottsdale, Cave Creek, Carefree, Central Phoenix, and the Arcadia area, allowing Laura to pursue another passion of being involved with the design and build process.
This knowledge and experience as well as her background in accounting and business management have given her the tools to offer the highest quality of personal and professional service to her clients.
Laura specializes in assisting clients who are relocating to Arizona. She enjoys sharing all Arizona has to offer in terms of beauty, climate, lifestyle, culture, the endless opportunities for both work and play that make Arizona the best destination in the country and strives to find her clients the perfect neighborhood and home to fulfill their dreams.
Laura is married to Luke Dye who has spent most of his life building and designing golf courses around the globe. They have three children, Emily, Luke, and Thomas. Laura is a member of The Desert Foundation Auxiliary — a local organization that honors and presents young ladies to the community at the Annual Desert Ball. Luke is a member of the Phoenix Thunderbirds, the host organization for the Waste Management Phoenix Open Golf Tournament. Laura and Luke enjoy supporting local charities like Homeward Bound, St. Vincent DePaul, St. Mary’s Food Bank, Special Olympics, and Nuestro Pequenos. In her free time, Laura enjoys traveling with her family, hiking, cooking, playing golf, spending time with friends, and listening to any and all live music.
