I started my real estate career with Property Management in 1995, and went into sales in 2002. Being a full time sales agent is an ongoing learning experience in an ever changing real estate market. A top priority is educating clients about the current market, navigating it and discussing any questions they may have! Most clients appreciate when I point out potential issues and/or defects in a house to ensure it's brought to the attention of an inspector or contractor. What comes natural to me is giving 110% of my capabilities, other agents say I'm going above and beyond whats required. It's a good feeling to know that I can facilitate a smooth transaction and see all parties content and happy at the settlement table!! That's not only a Win-Win... it's my goal!! I am a top producing agent in the office, but that credit goes to the fabulous clientele that helped earn it.
