Laura was AMAZING. I cannot say enough about her. In the midst of a very competitive market, she was able to keep me from stressing out after "losing" three places I really loved to higher/competitive offers. She kept me updated and helped me navigate through various options to stay competitive and ultimately, my offer was accepted on the fourth place I put an offer in on. Additionally, some last minute challenges came up (and by last minute, I mean less than 24 hours before closing...) on the sellers' side, and she worked (what felt like) all night calling various resources (tax professionals, attorneys, in-house contacts, etc.) to help me get the answers I needed to make a decision, and ultimately to close the next day. I cannot express how much I appreciated working with her and would recommend her to ANYONE.

Laura has been our realtor on two transactions. She brought marketing expertise to the table and was able to get both properties sold at a fair price. She was responsive and provided guidance on what was required to sell both our old Queen Ann home and the associated farmland. She is a great person to work with.

Laura is awesome! No matter what the weather is outside (rain, sleet, snow, freezing cold temperatures), Laura will be there to assist you. Laura walked me through the whole process of buying a house and she was always available to answer questions. Very knowledgeable on everything! Laura will always be my go to person from now on!
