My sister and I listed our two family house with Laura last year during covid. One of the most difficult times to sell any house in Queens. We were previously listed for 6 months with another realtor with no results. Laura gave us professional photography, virtually staged our house and advertised in many different outlets on top of MLS. She was able to secure not one, but multiple buyers at full asking price. I highly recommend Laura to sell your house because she provides value and results. She is very patient and listens to all your concerns and any questions you may have.
