Laura Graham

Laura has lived in the Duval/Clay area since 1974 where she and her husband Lee are raising their four boys. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, Laura practiced as a registered nurse (RN) for 12 years and taught at FCCJ. In 1997, Laura with her husband Lee started Graham Properties, Incorporated, which buys, renovates, and sells residential homes. It was this venture that led Laura and Lee into full-time real estate service. In 2001, Laura earned her Florida Real Estate License and went to work for Re/Max Specialists in Orange Park, Florida. After eight years with Re/Max Specialists, Laura made the move to Explore Realty, Incorporated and in 2014, Laura and Lee purchased the company. Laura currently serves as the Broker. Laura is committed to continuing her education and sharpening her professional skills. This commitment is reflected in the four major real estate designations that she has earned including: Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI). These coveted awards are received only after completing extensive coursework and demonstrating professional standards and experience through a minimum number of real estate transactions. Laura’s experience as a nurse, teacher, mother and real estate professional has equipped her to help the people she serves achieve their real estate goals.
