My wife and I came to Florida for three months to escape the cold of the northeast. While here we decided to look for a home to spend our winters going forward. We began to look at homes in the Sarasota area and we needed a realtor that was familiar with both Sarasota and the surrounding areas. Not having a recommendation for realtors, we weren't sure where to turn. Lucky for us as we were looking at properties online in the Sarasota area, Laura Harris from Gulf Shores Realty replied to our request for information.

We are not novices to the real estate process, having bought and sold a number of homes over the years. It was clear from the first conversation with Laura that we were headed in the right direction. She listened closely to our must haves and our wish list as well as our price range. Within 24 hours we had a number of properties sent our way with our own search page to prioritize and hold properties. More importantly, the properties were all meeting our criteria and were not just thrown at us. Within a few days, we set two days worth of viewing appointments.
