As someone new to the process of renting a home, I was definitely a more nervous and needy client of Laura's. Never once did I feel rushed or overwhelmed, and her communication and understanding skills when it came to what I was looking for in a home were stellar. She was available whenever I had questions, answered all my calls and texts in an extremely timely manner, and was a complete professional in every interaction.

One of the highlights of working with Laura is when I called her, not with a question, but just because I needed to be hyped up to actually commit to a place. Not only did Laura take that call, she did not rush me through the decision and made me feel safe and secure throughout the process. Fantastic experience, 10/10, highly recommend.

We honestly do not know what we would have done without Laura’s guidance, experience and support during the process of buying our home. Not only did we have a limited window to find a home, but we were trying to find one in different state during the holiday season.  When we went on our house hunting trip, Laura utilized our time very efficiently so that we saw 30+ houses in 4 days within approximately a 40 mile radius.  She was patient with us as we tried to learn about the area and discern what would be the best fit for us as there were so many differences between the state we were leaving and the one we were moving to.
Once we found the home we wanted, we learned that there was another offer on the property that hadn’t been formally accepted.  Laura walked us through the process and helped us to put together a fair offer that enabled us to obtain the house.  Being out of state, Laura managed so much of the process which made the buying process less stressful and the move so much easier.  Laura went above and beyond doing extra things to help us since we were out of state and unavailable.
We highly recommend Laura as an agent…she is knowledgable, ethical, trustworthy, friendly and endeavors to do the right thing for her clients.
