Laura helped sell our home in a gated community a few months ago. I always felt she was working with us every step of the process and communicated with us regularly. She was easy to reach w any questions or concerns we had. She was knowledgeable about the real estate market and found the right buyer for us within a few weeks. We met Laura Johanson in November, 2021. At that ti e we were seeking a home on one floor since my husband was having difficulty using the stairs in our home. Laura showed us some possibilities but nothing worked out. After the holidays Laura contacted us and encouraged us to look again . At this point we were ready to make the move. Thanks to Laura's persistence we started to look again . Laura found a perfect place for us in a lovely community where we are now living.
Laura also sold our home. Her guidance and advice in planning the open house was spot ON! She sold it in 1 day. I really enjoyed working with Laura and think anyone, lucky enough to have her as their agent would be very fortunate. Not only is she a professional but a very personable a compassionate woman.
