10/15/2015 - kelsee102684 Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $725K in Tustin, CA. When I first thought about selling my house, I had a lot of doubts. I didn't think I was in the position to sell my house (and actually make money on it) or to purchase a new one. We had been wanting to move to a larger property for a couple of years, but honestly, didn't think financially it was possible. When Laura and I began discussing listing my house, it was obvious she had my best interest at heart. She knew it was a good time for me to sell, and the profit could potentially get me into larger property with a yard and more space for our growing family. Our house was listed for only 2 days before the first offer came in. By the end of the first open house we had 3; one above list price. We accepted. Laura took the time explain the whole process to me so I was never left in the dark, even if that meant calling me at 10 pm to calm my nerves. She was exactly the person I needed to make this transaction smooth and stress free. With the profit from my old property, we were now able to search for a larger home with Laura. She was patient and compassionate through the whole thing. Laura would take us out to look at properties as often as we requested. When we finally found the ONE, she did everything in her power to ensure we got; And We Did. At the beginning of the year I would of never thought this whole idea was tangible . Not only did Laura successfully help us buy and sell our homes in tandem within a 6 week period, but we actually walked away from the deal more financially stable than when we went in. I am eternally grateful to her for making this dream a possibility for our family and I will forever be using Laura for my future real estate needs.
