Westport native Laura Kottler offers a confident, capable approach to real estate, thanks to her more than 14 years of experience in the Fairfield County market. Prior to real estate, Laura was a successful executive recruiter — a profession that honed her superior research and negotiation skills, as well as her ability to develop and nurture relationships. No stranger to working with people at the most vulnerable, highly charged points in their lives, Laura offers a hands-on advisory approach to everyone, from first-time homeowners to sellers of luxury waterfront properties, to investors, with her signature client service and solutions-driven responsiveness. Laura expertly serves buyers and sellers throughout Fairfield County, with first-hand knowledge about waterfront properties. While raised in Connecticut, Laura has also lived and worked in San Francisco and Chicago. She holds a bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in Political Science and Education from Wheaton College (MA). After raising their three children, Laura and her husband now enjoy living in the unique island community of Harborview in South Norwalk, CT. She enjoys long beach and country road walks, renovating her 1791 Dorset, Vermont home, trips into New York City to enjoy time with two of her three adult children, gardening, travel, and coastal living. Whether she is sharing the name of the best local contractors, a barber, or the latest must-try restaurant, Laura is a well-known resource for all things Fairfield County, and a trusted advisor well after the real estate transaction is closed.
