Laura is the best in the business. I have worked with her 3 times and every time she has been absolutely amazing. She is quick to respond and has all the information you will ever need at her fingertips. She helped me and my then wife find an amazing deal on a home that had equity in it the day we signed. Two years later she again helped us sell our home after TWO YEARS of ownership for $60K more than what we paid for it, when we separated. Most recently she helped me wade through a Seller's market to find the perfect home for me to start over in, with a deal more reflective of a Buyer's Market. I would not only use her for any and all Real Estate needs, I would whole-heartedly recommend her for to any and all person's looking to buy, sell, rent, or rent out. There is a reason her and her team are #1 across the board.

When I first moved to Virginia, I was referred to another realtor by one of my friends. I spent four months looking for a house and kept getting terrible options that met none of my expectations, I was completely lost in the process, and I felt like I was being pressured to buy any home. I ended up looking on Zillow and ran across Laura on accident and I immediately switched over to working with her and her team. From day one with her, I felt like she was looking out for my best interests. She informed me of the step by step processes, kept in constant communication with me, and she was up all hours of the night looking for houses that she felt would suit my needs as well as my wants. I felt that she was very involved with the entire process and she was very professional and helpful. I spent three days looking, and immediately found what I wanted and closed on time. There were no additional stressors, and I didn’t feel unsure of anything while I was going through the process of closing on my home and two years later I have absolutely no regrets. Laura is an amazing realtor who is always looking out for her customers satisfaction, and she’s not just in it for a sale. I recommend her to literally all of my friends, because I feel like you can’t get better than working with her. If I had to buy another home in Virginia, or sell this one, I’d pick her every time!

Working with Laura was a great experience. I had given a friend of my spouse a chance to try and find us our home. That experience just had multiple issues and I didn’t feel confident that they were working for me and in my best interest. Issue after issue we had gotten to the appraisal and at that point we decided to back out because we thought it must be a sign it wasn’t the home for us. You should feel excited to purchase a home and secure. With Laura she was very thorough. Explained everything to us and took it from legal jargon to something an everyday joe could understand. Whenever I had a question she always got back to me and made sure the issue was resolved. I felt like she was working for us and in our best interest, not just to make a sale. We ended up closing on a house that was much better than the 1st with our other realtor, that met all our needs and requirements. She’s that go getter and get the job done realtor you’re looking for. This experience is leagues beyond what we first started. Don’t waste your time and money with others when you can find your ideal home with Laura.
