About Laura

Laura McNellis is president of McSully Properties, a full-service real estate brokerage for investment properties. McSully works with Tax Lien portfolio managers and real estate investors to provide a complete solution from loan to deed. Laura has 16 years of experience facilitating all types of real estate transactions including land development projects, commercial investments, residential, multi-family, industrial and mature tax liens. Prior to McSully, she was the REO Manager for First National Assets as well as the Managing Broker of First Point Realty Group, the in-house brokerage firm for FNA. She has an unparalleled grasp of the Chicagoland market with a predominant focus in the Cook County region. In her short tenure, she has successfully completed over 1,500 transactions, mainly focusing on the disposition of mature tax liens.

In her free time, Laura serves as a board member and secretary for the National Tax Lien Association and is a member of the Tax Deed Investor Group. She also is a board member for The American Ireland Fund Chicago Young Leaders. Her charitable contributions include fundraising for charities as well as planning and executing young adult events. Laura also volunteers throughout the year at Dignity Diner.

Laura is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University and is a licensed Real Estate Managing Broker in the State of Illinois. She is an active member of NTLA, ICSC as well as Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, NAR and IAR.
