Laura Menard

Born and raised in South Florida, Laura Menard is a true “local” realtor. Having lived in Palm Beach County for over 30 years, she knows the area, is well connected in the community, and has a passion for the “Florida lifestyle”. In 2000, Laura graduated from Florida Atlantic University, majoring in Communications and minoring in Public Relations. Since then, Laura has worked in the Real Estate Industry. She began this career as a licensed insurance agent, predominantly selling homeowners insurance for various agencies. Her interest in learning more about homes, analyzing the appraisals, and helping families led her to her career as a Realtor®.
Holding the Graduate of Realtor Institute Designation (GRI), strong communication and negotiating skills, market knowledge, and an outgoing and friendly personality is what makes Laura so successful in her career today. She boasts that her phone is on 24/7 and places a strong emphasis on individual customer service.
