As a North Carolina native, Laura Middleton grew up exploring the lush mountains of Asheville as a young child. After graduating from Appalachian State University with a B.A. in Sustainable Agriculture, she felt the undeniable draw to stay in the western North Carolina mountains, becoming an Asheville local in 2010.

Over the years, Laura has created a happy life here in Asheville, developing a small business as a personal chef serving local families and buying her first home.
