Laura helped us buy our forever home. She was very knowledgeable with the process and her communication skills with all parties involved were excellent. When it came time to place a contract on our new home she guided us to make a reasonable offer that was also in our favor. She negotiated with the other party until the contract was just right and conducted research on our potential home. She was on time to all scheduled meetings and inspections. When it came time to close the deal we ran into some road blocks. Laura was on top of it all, talking with our lender to have our closing remain in order to close on the house. We could not have done this without the expertise of Laura. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell/rent a home.

Laura Monaghan assisted us with the sale of our first home and the purchase of our second home. She is a true professional with an outstanding knowledge of the area and current market. With such knowledge, Laura was able to easily and accurately answer all of my questions. This made house hunting not only fun but also educational, and the selling of our home an enjoyable and profitable endeavor. Our home was on the market for only a short time before it was under contract; within this same time frame, Laura took us to see numerous houses. When we found the house of our dreams, Laura's top notch negotiation skills allowed us to become its newest owners at a price point which made us very happy. She also sold our previous home, which had multiple offers, at a price that made the purchase of our newest home all the sweeter.
