A repeated and ongoing business relationship may be the best recommendation of a realtor. Laura just finished our fourth transaction in 7 months, one sale and three purchases. She is everything a realtor should be: extraordinarily accessible, knowledgeable, and networked within the profession, financial institutions, and trades. Best of all, she is successful. Laura has an uncanny ability to accurately price properties, whether buying or selling. She held an open house on our last property the day it was listed, and immediately sold it. One more thing: she is a genuinely nice person.

Laura Patrick was a God send for me and my family looking for a house in Madison/Huntsville. Laura was not only professional and capable, but also eager and motivated to help. Professionally, I have not had a realtor work so hard for my family; and I have worked with my fair share of realtors. She was present and prompt whenever I asked, timely in comparisons and history, and knowledgeable of all market facets.

Personally, she really worked hard to find the perfect place for my family. Everyone wants their realtor to feel like they are invested in your future home and give you the time and energy required; Laura Patrick goes above and beyond in this department and she really fights for her clients.

Laura’s knowledge and expertise in the local area, customer service and personable character is simply unrivaled. Laura was very responsive to calls, prompt, and able to answer any and every question about buying, selling, building, etc. Buying and selling is daunting and stressful, but she made the process enjoyable.
