My name is Laura Patterson and I am a Real Estate professional based in Montgomery County, Maryland. I understand what it's like to stand in a client's shoes. In the mid 80's my husband and I bought our first home and it was a nightmare experience. But, that didn't deter me from the intriguing industry of real estate. This experience has afforded me a sensitivity towards a client's journey. Dedication, commitment, persistence and reliability are just the beginning of the professionalism that one can look forward to when working with me. It's important to me to listen to my client's needs and wants. By doing so, I'm able to walk through a successful transaction with them, whether it's buying, selling, or renting. As a native of Montgomery County, MD, it gives me such pleasure to share my knowledge of not only Montgomery County but the surrounding counties, as well.
With the ever-changing technology world that we live in, I'm fortunate to have come from a background of over 25 years of working in a software security environment prior to becoming a Realtor. It's enabled me to have the understanding of the technology tools necessary for a smooth and proficient transaction. Real estate has been my passion and love for more than half of my life and it makes me proud to begin each day knowing that I hold a Realtor title as my chosen profession.
