I bought my first property when I was almost 21 years old. I can tell you, at that age, such an important purchase seemed scary and intimidating to me. But was I ever thrilled to be a homeowner when it was all said and done! I consider my attention to detail, negotiation skills, and high energy level great assets. These assets are of utmost importance in my personal transactions, as well as in all of my client transactions. It's a joy to share my knowledge of real estate and related experiences with my clients. Whether I am working with first-time buyers or seasoned investors, each ends up very pleased. One of my clients said my middle name should be "resourceful" which brings a smile to my face. It’s so rewarding to witness my clients dreams come to fruition.
