Laura has a wonderful balance of having fun and being serious about business. She's very detail oriented and took on the task of finding a house to meet my requirements as if it was going to be her own. The whole process was much less tedious than I'd expected and that was largely due to how Laura managed everything, including my expectations. I highly recommend her!!
