We got in contact with Laura Rath of Coldwell Banker Realty when we put our house up for sale in Lake Havasu City AZ. She looked at so many houses for us in the East Bethel and Isanti. We packed up and come to MN and she showed us the house we were looking for. The house was just right but had some repairs that had to be fix before the loan was approved. She got the home owners to take care of all the repairs so that we could close on the house. So if you need a realtor that will find you the house you want and look to see if everything is right, you got her. She will go to town to make sure it is just what you want.

Laura was amazing to work with! We had a very tight time line in finding a home and not to mention tight budget, she was so helpful and got back to us almost instantly whenever we had a question or a home we wanted to look at. Laura was an absolute blessing to work with. We were buying a home in the from out of state and had to go by video chat/and pictures. We didn’t see the home until 24 hours before we closed. She was up front and honest through the whole experience. She went WAY above and beyond for my family. Even when disaster hit the day of closing she helped us stay calm and was there every step of the way. She ALWAYS answers and knows how to handle even the hardest situations and even if she doesn’t know the answer she will go great lengths to help you find the answer you need. I cannot say enough how great Laura is. As a first time home buyer in one of the worst markets, Laura made sure everything went smoothly and educated us along the way.
