Laura Riportella

Laura ‘s real estate journey began in 1984 when she was an apartment manager, handling over 1500 tenants at any given time. Her primary responsibilities included execution of leases, rent rolls and customer service. She maintained this management position for 10 years and then took a short hiatus to start a family.

With an ongoing passion for real estate Laura received her NYS Real Estate License in 2000 and with the utilization of her previous management position began her journey as a licensed salesperson. Working under the mentorship of her dear friend Dawn Felice, Laura went from being just an everyday salesperson to Agent of the Year in 2001, 2003, and 2010 by specializing in both Residential and Commercial real estate, inland and waterfront properties from Queens to the Hamptons.

Laura decided to join the Elliman family in 2013 because of their presence in the marketplace from Montauk to Manhattan as well as the excellent referral and relocation services in both South Florida and Los Angeles. “I am thrilled to be a part of such a great company with a great reputation.”

Laura’s remarkable success has come from hard work and quality service in all her business transactions. By paying attention to details and keeping in constant contact with her clients, Laura is an example of an agent who holds standards to a premium while dealing with her buyers and sellers goals in the biggest investment of their lives.

Laura is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Women of West Islip, and a part of the West Islip Chamber of Commerce, and is also Short Sale Certified.
