Laura Rittenberg

Laura L. Rittenberg was appointed President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Atlanta. In this role, she oversees the daily operations of the company's 11 real estate offices and more than 850 affiliated sales agents serving the Greater Atlanta metro.

Prior to becoming President in Atlanta, Rittenberg served as the President for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, NY from 2013 to 2017, where she was responsible for the oversight and productivity of the company’s 15 sales offices and more than 700 independent sales agents. She also previously served as Regional Vice President for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Connecticut and Westchester County, NY and for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage on Long Island and Queens, NY.
With more than 30 years of experience in real estate, Rittenberg has a proven track record of building and running strong and successful real estate companies. Over the course of her career, she has worked as a sales associate, sales manager, franchise owner and corporate executive. She has owned and operated two independent real estate companies, a mortgage company and a real estate licensing school and managed sales offices for two national franchises. In 2000, Rittenberg sold her Denver-based company to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Colorado and joined the company's executive team.
