I've been a Real Estate investor for over 38 years. My first investment property I purchased at age 21. I have always believed real estate was a solid long term investment and I was right. I have purchased many properties over the years since the first one. Investment properties have served me well. I have had many years experience as a landlord/property manager and most recently a vacation rental property manager. I really enjoy being a vacation rental manager.
I specialize in buying and selling residential real estate, although I do have a number of commercial sales in my portfolio. Whether you are a first time buyer, move up buyer or a seller downsizing/up sizing or moving out of the area I have the experience and team of experts to make the process flow. The team of experts include; inspectors, painters, handyman, gardeners, house cleaners, window cleaners, etc..... I take a hands on approach through the entire process working with you to communicate, manage and status you every step of the way. I have a repeatable process of check lists that I customize with you to ensure that nothing gets missed and everything is planned.
Prior to obtaining my real estate license, i had 32 years wonderful years with AT&T. There I was a very experienced software negotiator for multi-million dollar contracts. Versed not only in contracts and negotiations but also delivering platinum level service agreements to high level customers .
I'm a native Californian, and proud to call San Jose my home for the last 40 years. I have lived in many of the surrounding cities and neighborhoods. I understand the subtle differences between neighborhoods, schools, and your needs.
