Laura was always very quick to respond to our questions regarding the houses that we were looking at purchasing, even over the weekend. If we had questions that she did not know the answer to, she would always research the answer before getting back to us. She was very accommodating working with our schedules and getting us a chance to look at the homes we wanted to see. Laura was great to work with and works hard to make her clients happy. She is helpful during the entire process and help make the purchase of a new home go as smoothly as possible. She is there every step of the way. We highly recommend this agent

TLDR: Laura is the best. Go to her for house finding needs. A friend referred us to Laura when we decided to combine households. Laura made the process of searching for and renting a home smooth from start to finish. She had flexible and open scheduling. We did not have to schedule way in advance, and she was open to changes when we found new places to view. We appreciated how easy it was to communicate with Laura about what we were looking for in a house. She replied promptly to all of our messages, was open to answering any questions we had - big or small - about the process, and was frank about her own thoughts about the houses we viewed with her. Her openness and honesty helped us make more informed decisions. She was also great about getting in touch with realtors when we had questions about listings, both when searching online and even in person while viewing the house. Laura’s knowledge of relevant and differing DMV rules and regulations, such as landlord versus tenant responsibilities, helped us know what to expect from our new home. She guided us through the forms and paperwork we needed to fill out. She even gave us a step by step guide on how to set up utilities once the lease was signed and we were ready to move in. On our move in day, she even stopped by with a new home care package! Laura exceeded our expectations. We love our new home. We have already recommended Laura to our friends and family, and plan on working with her again in the future.

I’ve bought two properties with Laura (most recently Oct 2020) and always felt I was in great hands! From structuring an offer all the way through closing day Laura had my best interest in mind and made the process smooth and easy. She does the homework to ensure you have a competitive offer but not overpay even in the crazy DC market. She’s patient and wants to ensure her clients get the home of their dreams by encouraging thorough searching and pointing out not only the great things about a property but potential fixes/points of consideration. I worked with Laura Rodriguez to buy a townhouse in summer/fall 2020 in old town/del ray Alexandria. Laura is a wonderful agent and I couldn't recommend her more! She was extremely patient with my pickiness, showing me house after house, and offering solid advice, reality checks, and reminders of what I actually wanted. When it came time to make an offer, she conducted very thorough market analyses and engaged other realtors in what the best strategy would be as the market was extremely competitive at the time. We lost out on the first house, but she didn't despair! We landed the second contract and she was a valuable agent in negotiating back and forth with the selling agent. And equally importantly she was positive, fun, and always had a good attitude. An absolute pleasure to work with.
