Laura was our agent for both buying and selling. She has been the most patient, understanding, passionate, smart, knowledgeable, creative, respectful and flexible realtor we could ever wish for.
She went beyond our expectations preparing our home to put on the market while we were enjoying our vacation.
She is smart and offered best solutions in most challenging situations.
She was always available and willing to help. Laura always presented feasible options to us without being imposing.
She got along with our entire family and considered the opinions and needs of each of us which helped us to find our dream home.
At the end of the journey, post two transactions, Laura is now a family friend. That tells a lot about her given we met via a random request on internet for viewing a house. The irony is we never got to see that house but an interesting journey had started which ended in finding our current home and selling the house we had built with lots of love, all within three months. Everything fell in place in perfect harmony and without Laura it would not have been possible. Her people skill is outstanding, she is a beautiful person in and out. We wish Laura all the best. Hope many more folks will have the fortune to work with her.

Laura has been awesome through this whole home buying adventure. We met her almost 2 years ago with the dream of moving from Colorado to North Carolina. Throughout the 2 years she has always been responsive to my crazy questions and requests. Once we were ready to move she put aside the time we needed to house hunt and was with us the whole time. It was a marathon of looking at houses in 4 days. She really learned what was important to us as Individuals and as a couple. She took into account our family needs and pet requirements.
The home we finally bought was viewed via FaceTime and video. During the videos she made sure to point out the things that were important to us. Laura was great to work with. We are very happy she was with us during process.

If I had one adjective to describe the experience of buying a home with Laura, it would be seamless. We are from out of state so we thought it would be difficult for us to secure a home in good time but Laura was available and responsive whenever we decided to take a trip to view houses. She was also available at a moment's notice for last minute visits before we had to leave and was determined to make each visit count for us. I'll add to that that she is an extremely friendly and fun person to be around and made this a lot more enjoyable than I thought it would be, with two kids in tow and very little time! Once we had found the home we liked, the offer process was smooth and the buying process was even better. We couldn't believe that we managed to do everything online and closed in a little over 30 days, mostly due to Laura's quick and easy communication with all parties. Just a brilliant person to work with and someone who will get you into a home fast and in this market, what more can you ask for?

We are so glad to have Laura as our agent to purchase our first house! She is positive, patient and professional. She helped us to find the potential houses, always happy to lead us visiting any house we were interested in. When submiting offer, she did professional analysis to suggested reasonable price and made everything transparent. When getting the house, she tried her best to protect our interest. for example, the lawn of the house were not maintained for a couple months. Laura helps to ask list agent to take care of them during our closing. This is small, but you can feel she is the agent always there to help you along the way!
