I have been in the real estate industry helping buyers and sellers for over 20 years with significant involvement in the fast-paced developer/builder sales arena as well as decades of resale experience. These valuable career achievements give me an extremely strong background in pricing evaluations, excellent negotiation skills, extensive contract preparation and follow through.

My pricing expertise has translated into very successful transactions for the sellers I have worked with, as well as ensuring buyers know fair market value.

I am very involved and hands on in my transactions; while having transaction support is helpful, I find it paramount to be fully informed, in the "weeds" so to speak, knowledgeable of all the finite details of all my deals so buyers and sellers are getting information to make their decisions directly from me.

I do personal investing with new construction products, providing clients another layer of expertise throughout the contract process and detailed analysis and evaluation of property inspections and preparing inspection objections to protect buyers.

I have extensive experience in condo, townhome, single family, commercial, land and can assist with development projects.
