Laura Smith

I am a Door County native, born and raised in Jacksonport. I’m a graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison with B.A. degrees in Communication Arts - Radio, TV, Film and Broadcast Journalism.

After pursuing TV News and Marketing careers in various cities and countries, I’ve come to the conclusion home is truly where the heart is. That’s why I’m so proud to have recently teamed up with Heather Smith Homes. I share my stepmom Heather’s passion and satisfaction in helping people find their happy place.

My experience in communications, marketing and building relationships with clients lends itself well to real estate. It is my goal to always represent my clients in an honest and professional manner which instills confidence and trust. I am committed to working hard, listening and communicating effectively.

Outside of real estate, I love road and mountain biking all over the peninsula, paddle boarding on Clark Lake and hiking in our beautiful state parks. I also enjoy reading, traveling and eating out at the many great restaurants here in Door County.
