Laura is an energetic, enthusiastic, and strategic professional with experience in the real estate industry, building businesses, leadership, productivity, coaching, and consulting. Entering the Rochester real estate market in 2005, she brought a wealth of knowledge from her background in education, marketing, business fundamentals, and leadership to her practice. A productivity ceiling at a traditional brokerage in 2008, caused Laura to search for an affiliation that better aligned with her goals and growth mindset. She often boasts that transitioning her real estate practice to Keller Williams Realty Greater Rochester in January 2009, was the single best business decision she has made. Within the first six months of her new affiliation, her production doubled, and her profitability increased by over 20%. During her tenure with Keller Williams Realty, she was privileged to become the first on-site Productivity Coach in the New York Upstate Region of Keller Williams Realty International. No other major real estate franchise in upstate New York has a coach on-site for their agents to strategize and increase their production. Her consultative approach to her practice aids her clients in attaining their goals as well as the hundreds of agents she coached. She systematically built the Productivity Coaching Program from the ground up and consistently exceeded monthly local and national goals. Those successes coupled with her vast knowledge of Keller Williams Realty’s systems and models earned her the honor of continuing to grow the Brighton and Greece market centers in per person productivity, agent count, culture, and profitability.
