Laura Sydney’s business philosophy is to treat clients as lifelong relationships, not as one-time transactions. Her approach to real estate reflects how she operates in all areas of her life; with hard work, commitment, attention-to-detail, honesty and integrity being paramount. This service-oriented approach has served her well as she has countless satisfied customers who continue to refer business to her.

Laura has a B.S. Science Cum Laude, S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University. She also attended New York School of Interior Design, Sacred Heart University Real Estate Licensing Program, and Coldwell Banker "Fast Start" Realtor training Program. She has fifteen years of experience in corporate marketing, advertising, and media sales for both small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. She also spent twenty years as a sole proprietor of LS Designs, and interior design/decorating consultancy. She was a sales associate at a national residential real estate brokerage for 8 years. She was an assistant to top selling agent in luxury property division of major real estate brokerage. She was also a Design Consultant to Baybrook Remodelers.

Laura’s awards and designations includes Accredited Real Estate Buyers Representative (ABR) and Accredited Home Staging Professional (ASP, IAHSP). She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Connecticut Association of Realtors (CAR), Fairfield Board of Realtors (FBOR), Woodfield Village Condominium Association, and Greater Fairfield County Consolidated Multiple Listing Service (GFC CMLS).
