Laura Willman

Over the course of her lifetime, Laura has moved to the town of Chico five times! She loves this town and has watched it grow and change throughout the years.

Laura’s husband Richard and she met at Butte College in 1984 and were married here, in Chico in 1986. They then moved away as he began his career, but they were fortunate enough to return home in 1996. By then, they had started their family and all three of their children are products of Chico Unified School District. Their children are all adults now and they have a recent addition to their family of a sweet daughter-in-law and two of their three kids still live here in Chico.

Laura feels blessed to have been able to stay close to their children as they raised them by working as a Substitute Teacher and a Parent Liaison with Chico Unified. She also dedicated much of her time to volunteering in their classroom, driving on field trips, serving with organizations such as PTA, Girl Scouts, PV High Grad Night Committee, Love Chico, her church and so much more.

She is now enjoying her tenth year as a Realtor with Century 21 Select Group. Working with her individual clients through the challenges of each real estate transaction has proven to be exciting and rewarding. She particularly enjoys guiding first time home buyers through the process and applying her experience in education to her new career with real estate.

Laura is a full time Realtor, available nights and weekends and serving her clients well with exceptional service is her top priority.
