With Tierra Antigua since 2007, I bring a deep appreciation for both the art and science of real estate. After taking a three-year pause from Tucson real estate while living in California, I’m thrilled to be back in Tucson and ready to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
I’m an architecture enthusiast who loves touring and learning about the work of icons like Frank Lloyd Wright, Palmer & Krisel, and John Lautner, as well as influential figures in Tucson architecture like Josias Joesler, Arthur Brown, Tom Gist, Judith Chafee, and others. I’ve taken "architecture vacations", and attended "Modernism Weeks" in Tucson and in Palm Springs, and enjoy exploring the stories behind iconic homes.
I am also a "numbers person" and software engineer who used to work for a company that was a pioneer in bringing online access to MLS data to the desks of Realtors.
This unique blend allows me to approach real estate from both an artistic and analytical perspective, helping you find a property that not only feels right but also makes sense as an investment. And if you’re selling a special property, I’ll dig into the story behind your home, its architectural character, design influences, or historical details - and showcase those unique qualities to attract the right buyers.
My focus is in the North, Northwest, and Central areas of Tucson. Whether you’re selling, buying your dream home, or looking for an investment property, I’m committed to providing personalized service, local market insight, and a smooth transaction from start to finish.
