I have been active in residential real estate in the Brevard County market for over two decades. I began my career with Lennar Homes as a construction manager in 1993 and was promoted to Director of Construction in 1996. I built over 3,500 homes for Lennar during my tenure, and continue to be a licensed contractor.
From 2005 through 2007 I was the Division President of the Space Coast Division of Lennar. It was my overall responsibility to build, market, and sell in excess of 500 homes yearly in Brevard. The revenue I generated from these sales was in excess of $300 million dollars, making me a true multi-million dollar producer.
In 2008 I was the Director of Sales and Marketing for Lennar, responsible for Brevard, Orange, Lake, Seminole and Osceola counties. I supervised a sales team of over 30 new home consultants and negotiated countless sales contracts. I understand the sales process and the importance of not just selling a home, but of a successful closing and loan approval. I’m well versed in the details.
In addition to my real estate expertise, I have a degree in finance from the University of Central Florida, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude. I’m comfortable with both the people and numbers side of the business.
