I would give Laurel 10 stars if I could. We have used Laurel multiple times now and we always walk away amazed be her honesty, professionalism and understanding of all situations. She genuinely cares for her customers and always has your best interest in mind. Selling and purchasing of homes can be a stressful moment in life but having someone like Laurel by your side gives you full confidence that you will walk away without any regrets. We took help of Amanda and the whole process was very smooth. She was very responsive and had great communication throughout the process. Two-three months before we decided to actually buy, we had engaged Amanda to look for houses and dropped the idea later; however, Amanda kept in touch with us. Then in June we made our mind to buy and decided to take her help.

She worked with us closely while putting the offer and had amazingly quick turnaround. Thereon, she continued to work with us closely to get house inspection, deposit, and settlement processes.

Will take her help again in the future.

Finally got some time to write and share feedback. Past couple of months was crazy managing the refinance and getting the loan approved with additional task of packing and preparing old house for sale. Initially we got in touch with Amanda for a single family home at Hawks Landing. We told her our requirements and budget. From there on Amanda started sending us listing matching our criteria. One fine day Amanda sent us listing for Mountain view rd. The minute we saw the listing we liked the house from the online photos. Initially I was reluctant to see the house because as our visa was in process. My wife insisted that we at least go and see the house in Person. We liked the house and we send the preapproval loan letter to Amanda. From that second on Amanda did not waste any time and send us all required documents to sign and submit the offer the night itself and we were the first one to submit an offer with preapproval letter. Amanda knows her stuff and current market trend and helped us walk-thru for max offer if the listing goes for a bid. I would say because of her we were first to offer the price and next day seller agreed to offer price and we were the lucky one to get the house. Amanda quickly got in touch with my lender and submitted required contract and paper work to get the ball rolling for final closing. Till the closing day Amanda was in constantly touch with us for any updates. We were very pleased to get Amanda as a agent working for us. Her service is excellent and she know her stuff and she was thorough in preparing the paper work paying attention to details and she was very top on everything to close the deal. We would recommend her services to anyone who would like to purchase a house.

Lural and Amanda Kime recently helped my wife and I purchase our first home. We were extremely grateful that we ended up with Amanda as our realtor. She was helpful, attentive, and respectful to our wants and requests through the whole process. Due to my profession, I was not always available to communicate with Amanda during typical business hours, she was always willing to work around our schedule and never made any excuses or complaints. Amanda, was prompt to respond to email, text, or phone calls. We also appreciated that she never pressured us into making an offer that we were not comfortable with.
