Lauren Anderson

After over 20 years in the fitness industry, Lauren Anderson shifted her focus from helping people create a healthy lifestyle to helping people find their ideal HAPPY and HEALTHY home.

The time Lauren spent working with clients in the fitness industry as a personal trainer, sales manager, and corporate wellness manager has enabled her to adopt a CUSTOMER-FIRST mindset. Lauren works with individuals from the very beginning and throughout the ENTIRE process of their home selling or buying experience in order to understand each of their unique needs and wants.

Her physical skills aside, Lauren uses her mental finesse to now help real estate clients ACHIEVE their goals while she forges meaningful connections with them. She works with both SELLERS and BUYERS, and really enjoys assisting those who are relocating or seeking country living or families looking for neighborhoods with great schools.

Lauren was born and raised in Auburn, California, and has lived in El Dorado County since 2004. Married with three children, she loves spending time with her family on their small farm. Lauren enjoys working out, running, hiking, and supporting her local church.
