Like many other stubborn renters, I did not think I required an agent to help me find my next home. Lauren successfully upended that notion time and again. Firstly, with simply a few texts, she was able to find several options for me with all of my “must haves,” price point and the location I wanted in River North. After arranging the showings within a couple of days, I found my next home the day we went for showings. I am a very busy young professional with limited time and Lauren made the paperwork and logistics seamless. A normally stressful experience became enjoyable with Lauren’s guidance. Can’t wait to work with Lauren once I’m ready to buy!

Lauren is an extremely professional and focused realtor. She went above and beyond to find a list of places that fit my criteria and within a couple of days I was filling out an application. She helped me through every step of the process and was very transparent. She never hesitated to reach out and ensured I was comfortable with the next steps we were taking. As this was my first time renting an apartment, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Lauren is an amazing real estate agent. She helped me find my current home when I had no direction of where to live. Very consultative, knowledgeable of the market, and understands the pros and cons of each neighborhood in Chicago.

Not only that, she negotiated an amazing deal with the leasing agent for a 13 month lease with parking. I always recommend her to my friends in when they are in search of an agent.

Couldn’t be more happy with her. Five stars!
