Lauren Bowling

A licensed agent since 2020, Lauren Bowling first obtained her license to facilitate being a real estate investor but soon discovered her passion for helping clients make their own real estate dreams a reality.

Prior to working in real estate, Lauren spent over a decade covering money and real estate topics as an award-winning blogger and writer. Since 2012, Lauren's financial expertise has been featured in The New York Times, The Huffington Post, Fox Business, CNBC, Forbes, Business Insider, Redbook, and Woman's Day Magazine. She has also covered money and real estate segments as an on-air expert for Atlanta & Company.

A Rome, Georgia native and Atlanta resident for over a decade, Lauren has experienced many different intown neighborhoods. From Summerhill to Southwest Atlanta, to Midtown, and now as a resident of North Decatur, Lauren looks forward to serving home buyers and sellers and acquainting them with the exciting nuances of whichever Atlanta intown neighborhood they choose to love and call home.

Lauren is a proud graduate of The University of Alabama at Birmingham. In her spare time, she enjoys supporting the arts, spending time with her young son and partner, Matt, trying new restaurants, and creative writing.
