Lauren Briggs

Lauren’s career began in new home sales in the Phoenix area in 1983, where she quickly distinguished herself with hard work, a precise attention to detail and the ability to assist homebuyers with the complex decisions required in the new home process. With 10 years as a sales associate with Presley Development of Ahwatukee, Lauren joined Pulte Home Corporation and after 13 years of impressive results was tapped as the Designated Broker and General Sales Manager for the company. Lauren’s entrepreneurial spirit transitioned her from sales management to business development where she was selected as the Designated Broker and VP of Sales for HallCraft Homes where she was responsible for the internal Real Estate Brokerage.

Today, Lauren and her husband Chris reside in Fountain Hills, and she brings to HomeSmart Premier a deep commitment in the resale business of both buyers and sellers.

She is intelligent and articulate yet refreshingly candid, a consummate communicator, eminently accessible and absolutely dedicated to not only meeting but far exceeding expectations of a Real Estate professional.
