My wife and I started working with Lauren remotely in May. We were immediately impressed with her professional, but easily approachable demeanor, as well as her extensive knowledge of the Myrtle Beach area. After explaining our needs regarding a new home, she compiled a list of properties for us to view on our visit to Myrtle Beach.
After finding a property that we instantly fell in love with, Lauren went above and beyond guiding us through the entire process from contract to closing.
Because we lived outside of the area and our new home was still under construction, Lauren managed all of our interactions with the builder from negotiating upgrades through home inspection and the final walk-through.
Thanks to Lauren, we were able to have the house finished in time for our son to start school in September and are now very happily settled into our new home.
