We have worked with Lauren for 2 purchases and 1 sale now and we are so thankful to work with her! Lauren is incredibly responsive, so knowledgeable about the area and gives great advice. We had a potentially big hiccup pop up 2 days before our recent closing and Lauren worked so hard and was able to smooth it all over within a day! We don't know what we would have done without her. Okay so how much is too much to say about the best Realtor evah? We had the opportunity to work with Lauren on a purchase and a sale. She is tenacious, funny, helpful, kind and pretty much all around awesome. I honestly do not have enough superlatives to shower on her. She kept us in the loop on everything. Even when one offer fell through(the seller went in a different direction) she was a pit bull in helping us secure the next one. She has so much market knowledge and becomes really invested in her clients. To say she goes the extra mile doesn't even feel like enough to say about her. She answered all of our inane and wild questions with grace and kindness. I would so recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

I have worked with Lauren Gaffney Cohen where she represented me selling an estate property worth over half a million dollars, and personally buying property worth less than 200 thousand! In both cases Lauren and her team at Gardner Remax were always available to answer any questions, knowledgeable about permitting and all the issues that come up during a sale, and they took care of all the paperwork to make the sale and purchases almost as easy as a just few signatures! I trusted and valued Lauren so much I recommended her to my best friend for the purchase of her first home in Vermont, she’ll be closing in a couple weeks! Lauren was the best agent ever! She was so patient, kind, considerate, and had a great sense of humor. Above all that, she was extremely professional and I never doubted that she was fully looking out for our best interests when giving advice or making suggestions.

She came to our home before we listed and gave us a list in order of importance of what we could do to make the showings most successful, and it really worked in our favor. She was extremely responsive. When we ended up receiving three offers, she laid them all out factually, in a way that was easy to understand, and in an unbiased manner for us to go over. After our decision, she helped us feel confident in our selection and then was an excellent communicator and advocate all the way through closing, which happened in an extremely timely manner!

I’m so thankful that a random call connected me to Lauren to discuss our move to Vermont. We were first time home buyers and really wanted someone who wasn’t “salesy” and felt trustworthy. Lauren helped us choose a home during a 24 hour visit from out of state, on top of a couple virtual tours. As the time passed, I began to call her Speedy because she was so quick and efficient during the wild 2021 housing market. Every single thing Lauren and I discussed in the home we got ended up being true and later confirmed by contractors. She really does know her stuff! Overall, we trusted Lauren and felt that she understood our overall goals in purchasing a home.
