Working with Lauren Cotner has been like working with a family member. She is kind, considerate and empathetic to our situation. She has been such a big help to our family and goes above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed to proceed in any situation. Lauren has a wealth of real estate knowledge in the South Bay Area. She is creative in her marketing strategy and the timing of the posting was perfect for this Real Estate climate.

I have to say if you have the opportunity to work with Lauren and her team, you are very fortunate. We could not have been in better hands. Her team helped us sell properties that were part of a trust and out of state from where we live. We were unfamiliar with the processes but she and her team explained everything in a way that helped us understand. She was professional, friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. There are so many examples I could give where she and her team exceeded our expectations. We felt as if we were working with family with the the kind of care she and her team exhibited. The bar has been raised as to what a great realtor can be!!
