As a licensed Broker, Real Estate is also a passion and interest of mine. I have a desire to help my clients fulfill not only their needs but their wants too. I am a Pricing Strategy Advisor. (PSA) I have taken the time to enhance my skills in pricing properties, creating the analytics of the home, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values. I am also a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Helping families make a huge transition in a nerving time.

I have successfully worked and closed FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, FHA 203k, Cash, Short-Sales, VA & HUD foreclosures. Helping families all over.

When I am not helping people accomplish their goal of Homeownership. I can be found making memories with my children, riding horses, educating myself in the different interests that I am have & meeting my goals. I am also the Founder of Saddled Souls a Local Non-profit using horses as a tool used in Therapy Services.
