Lauren is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy, where she majored in Business and minored in Spanish and Latin American Studies and was team captain and MVP of the women’s tennis team. Upon graduation Lauren served as a Contracting Officer stationed at Joint base Charleston where she excelled working on government contracts, and she also met her husband (a C-17 pilot) there. She has always had a passion for real estate, growing up in a military family and serving herself, buying and selling homes became second nature. Lauren could not wait to join the Marshall Walker team upon her family’s move back to the Charleston area.
When it comes to buying and selling property, Lauren's goals are to truly help each client understand the process and to make it smooth and simple. She is driven, and always makes each client feel as if they are her one and only. One of her favorite quotes by Steve Prefontaine, “To give anything less than your best is to sacrifice the gift.” are words Lauren strives to live by. Lauren always gives 100% to each client, is professional, and is committed to each client’s goals. She is a firm believer that real estate is relationship-based and understands that each transaction takes an immense amount of teamwork. She values the relationships this industry brings on all fronts and will always go the extra mile for those she works with.
In addition to her passion for real estate, Lauren is a certified group fitness instructor and loves any chance to get a work out in! She loves to go to the beach and paddleboard or surf with her family, and enjoys running on the area trails, roads, and beaches or watching her kids participate in their respective sporting events. She is actively involved at her children’s school and loves to serve in the local community & at her church.
