I absolutely adore Lauren and Graham. I had previously put my home on the market with another realtor and it didn’t work out. I switched to Lauren after going over detailed plans for marketing and her confidence in my home selling quickly. After one open house, Lauren got an offer in two days and we closed on my home in three weeks! Lauren and her team make things happen. We were referred to Lauren and Team by a friend that gotten her help finding a house about a year ago. I honestly had no prior experience house hunting and was very unfamiliar with the process, but once we contacted Lauren, she got back to us very efficiently and set up an intro call less than 24 hours of us initiating engagement.

She made the process very easy and helped us tour through several places in the Baltimore/Baltimore County area. Always with a very friendly demeanor and eager to help attitude. At each house we toured, she called out things that stood out as things to look out for, as well as the condition of some of the important systems in these houses (i.e. HVAC). The entire time, she made me and my fiancé feel like she was on our team and looking out for our best interest.

We currently live in a seller’s market, so putting in timely offers on places you love is important. Lauren did an excellent job with turn around time sending us all documents for us to sign. Lauren and Sherry Cash (Mortgage Lending Officer) did a fantastic job even working during weekends to keep the process moving forward. I highly highly recommend Lauren and Team for real estate help and I would totally use her again in the future.

I went into this process anxious and confused. Not only was I at an intense crossroads in my life- exciting and joyful, but intense!- I was also very inexperienced with the process of buying a home. Looking back at my first home buying experience, I can truly say having Lauren as my agent was a Godsend. She was always in my corner through it all.

From the beginning Lauren was always ready and willing to tour houses and work around my crazy schedule. We toured houses everyday for weeks but it never bothered her and I never once felt pressured after walking away without making a purchase.

After some unexpected issues with the purchase Lauren went to bat for me constantly and showed me support when I couldn’t help but freak out.
