Lauren works in a variety of capacities to ensure her clients' net worth increases from the real estate deals through which she serves them. Even in non-investor transactions when helping a client find their perfect home or vacation home, Lauren methodically analyzes a listing's characteristics to ensure protection of the client's investment as well as the property's dual potential as an income source either immediately or in the future.

Born in Portland, Oregon, to a designer and a real estate attorney, Lauren’s background lends itself well to her chosen field and specialties. At the University of California Santa Barbara, she studied Linguistics and Diplomacy and spent a semester in Jordan immersing herself in Arabic and diplomatic affairs. For a short time before real estate she dabbled in property management, asset management, relocation, and marketing.
