I truly can't say enough good things about this team!! If you are in need of an agent or just seeking trustworthy advice, do not hesitate to work with Lauren and Todd!

We were first time home buyers and we had a tight timeline since our lease ended a few months after we started our search. We initially started our home buying process with another agent from a well-known company in town, but we were disappointed with response time and effort put into our search. We found Lauren and very quickly noticed a huge difference! Lauren and Todd took the time to sit down with us and figure out exactly what we were looking for and they gave us a few ideas and got to work right away.

We decided to go with a new build which wasn't suggested to us prior so we didn't even know it was an option. We found a neighborhood, lot and floor plan and put down our deposit within a few days! They dedicated so much time and energy into our search that we were able to move very quickly (which is essential in this market). Lauren and Todd were with us through every step of the new build process and even stayed in touch after we closed. They were our advocate and helped answer questions, which eased our minds. They genuinely care about helping their clients find their dream homes and they make the process fun and enjoyable. Truly, I wouldn't have wanted to do this process with anyone else! I am so grateful for all of their hard work.

These guys are amazing to work with. They really took the time to help me find my amazing new home! And as a first time home buyer I was pretty nervous. They held my hand through it all and made me feel great about my decision to do so. Very caring, professional and really know the market. I am glad I chose them when buying my home. Todd and Lauren could not have been more responsive, helpful, and dedicated to helping me find the right home.

As a first-time homebuyer, I entered the situation with little knowledge of the world of real estate. Throughout the process of purchasing my condo, Todd and Lauren were extremely informative and there was no doubt that they had my best interests in mind as a client. Overall, they were a wonderful team to work with and made a seemingly stressful experience enjoyable.

Todd is a fantastic agent, very personable and listens. His expertise in the industry leads to him being able to isolate aspects of your home sale that will benefit you in selling your home.
He did a excellent job in helping me with the sale of my home, very informative, let me know what would hurt and what would help me. He doesn't set an expectation that is unrealistic for his clients, he is very honest and upfront with you about all the details. Works with your schedule and will go out of his way to make sure you are happy with every step of the process.
If I were to ever move back to Colorado and buy a home, I would seek out no other agent, I would go right back to Todd because I know I can get the best experience with him. Todd helped me buy my home and then helped me sell it when I relocated with my company out of state.

I just first want to say I loved working with Todd. This guy wrote the book on real estate. He knows so much about the industry and he can talk to anyone.
My girlfriend and I were looking to buy our first home. We were stressed and clueless on what to do. We went on a number of house showing and he asking questions about the home to the other agents sellers that my girlfriend and I had no idea to ask. We should have gotten some popcorn and just sat back and watched him work his magic. We were his top priority when finding our home. He always kept us up to date on what houses were available and giving us great advice on what was best for us.
Todd is so good at what he does that my parents are looking for a new retirement home with his and Lauren's help. I highly recommend this team.

I had been looking for a house for over six months that would accommodate both my needs and my wife’s needs with are home business needs to and it had to stay within budget for us. Things were looking slim and hard to find anything that would work for us. Finally we decided to get a realtor to help us in the search. Todd was my agent when I bought my condo about a year ago. He kept me posted on the progress and details of the process as it moved along. I told him what I was looking for, and he put a lot of effort in finding it for me. I have some health issues, and I can't always get out. Todd set it up for me so I could do some of it from home.
