My husband and I decided to move back to Colorado after being away for five years. Our friend had recommended Stephen as realtor, as he had helped our friend sell and buy his new home. Buying a house is already tough enough, let alone doing it from a different state. We met with Stephen over zoom and shared with him our expectations with having him be our eyes and ears as we look for our new forever home. He was very understanding and quick to reply. We scheduled several virtual tours. He was very patient and detailed with us as he took us through all the small details that mattered in a home since we weren’t physically there. Along this journey, he educated us on upgrades, material, what work that might need to be done. When it came to offers, he sat down with us to go over details of a competitive offer, leveraged market trends to help us understand and NEVER pressured us to move in any direction we were not comfortable in. We gave him plenty feedback on changes in our preferences and without question, he made it happen. We found our forever home after the second offer within a few weeks working with him. We closed in 30 days. And he still follows up with us for any support we need as we transition back.

We first met Melanie while casually looking for houses and intending to "shop around" for realtors when it came time to actually buy. Despite this, Melanie was incredibly helpful from the onset, answering all our rookie homebuyer questions and quickly getting a quick understanding of what our preferences were. Pretty soon, we realized we wanted Melanie to represent us in our home buying journey.

Ultimately, this was a great decision. In the crazy market that is Denver right now, Melanie played a dual role of realtor and therapist, keeping us sane and optimistic throughout the entire process. She was incredibly responsive both to our many questions and in her availability to show us listing on a whim, making what could have been a stressful process into an enjoyable one.

Once we went under contract Melanie's experience was extremely helpful in getting us to a place where we knew exactly what and when to expect certain things. She proved knowledgeable on a variety of minor details and was able to quickly put us in touch with her network to keep the deal and other tangential items moving forward.

He helped walk me through all of the steps of buying a home, as a first time homebuyer. As a first time homebuyer, you need Kim O'Connor n in your corner. I learned so much in such a condensed and high stress time, yet she was always patient and eager to explain tricky concepts or new information.

Kim is so dedicated and intelligent. She is from CO and it shows in all the good ways. She's incredibly knowledgeable about neighborhoods and what to look for, but never pushy. I'm the type of person who likes to talk things through and looks for validation in my preferences, and Kim was always there to share her candid thoughts or help me work through a decision or question.

This was truly a model team of what a home-buying experience should be. Kim is timely, professional and caring. As someone who binged 'Selling Sunset' before starting my home-buying journey, I was worried, what's the motivation for a property like what I'm looking for? How can I ensure my realtor is looking out for what's realistic for me? But, boy- how wrong was I. I felt like a VIP with Kim, I could tell that she was in it to find the best for me and treated me no different than the buyer of a 40 million dollar home. Always on top of it, it's obvious that Kim takes pride in helping you feel comfortable, confident, and like you are getting the best of what's out there.

Kim worked tirelessly to make sure I was making decisions in my best interest, but also that I was having fun along the way. It can be intimidating entering this process as a young, single female and with very limited prior knowledge, but I felt at ease throughout my journey, something I'm confident I would not have felt without Kim's guidance. She was warm and positive when I needed reassuring but also left me speechless on how effortlessly she was able to negotiate on my behalf.

Kim & 8z truly think of everything and treat you like a friend or family member they're looking out for. I can't think of a better team these ladies deserve all of my praise and appreciation!

I had the very good fortune of being linked up with Craig Harcek after signing up to view a house through the Trulia app. I was simply curious about the housing market with no serious intention of buying a home. I sheepishly confessed as much to Craig who was very patient and understanding, and offered to help me learn more about the process of becoming a home owner. He provided materials in a folder including helpful tips and a sample contract. He did not put any pressure on me to start thinking about buying a house. He genuinely seemed interested in just making sure I had the tools I needed to make a better informed decision for myself.

I still wasn't so sure about taking such a big leap but after another few visits to prospective homes I began to really get into it. He put me in contact with Ally Williams who was amazingly responsive and quick to provide me information regarding just how much house I could responsibly afford. A gameplan was needed at that point.

Craig and I worked together to determine what kind of home I would really be happy in and what we needed to do to make that happen. That same day I found a home I fell in love with. Craig put together an excellent offer and managed to arrange a better deal than I expected. 5 very eventful weeks later I closed on my first home!

It's been quite the journey and it isn't over by a longshot. I'm still learning the ins and outs of homeownership and loving every bit of it. This would not be possible without the help of Craig Harcek and Ally Williams. They worked tirelessly to prepare me for this new phase of my life and I couldn't have asked for better support.

I have no doubt they'll do the same for you when/if the time is right for you.

This has been the best home buying experience I could have asked for. I was put in contact with Sergio from a good friend who served with Him in the military. He continues to embody all the characteristics you’d expect of a professional. I came to him with a very specific criteria of what I was looking for in a home. We spent a few months viewing homes and narrowing down the availability until we found the perfect home that met our needs. Unfortunately as we were negotiating the property it went under contract with someone else. As our luck would have it, that contract fell apart and within a hour of seeing the availability we scheduled one last viewing and put in our offer and were accepted.

Throughout the process Sergio has been available, helpful and responsive and most importantly honest. He spared no feelings in letting me know when something was a bad deal or decision and kept me informed on how the market was going so we made the best decision. Natalie has been wonderful to work with from the beginning to finding our new home. We met Natalie, through a referral, over the Christmas holiday. We live in Arizona but were interested in property in the Denver area to be close to our children/grandchildren during summers. When we returned to Arizona, she continued to update us daily and show us places remotely on her iPad. My Fiance and I had the pleasure in working with Ryan Carter at 8z Denver in buying our first house this 2016 summer/ fall.
Ryan was extremely knowledgeable on the Denver neighborhoods, Real Estate market and had a lot of patience with all the questions/ concerns we had as rookies in Home Buying. Given his experience in the field, he also knows a good deal about houses and the big/ small issues that come with purchasing a home, along with who we should contact to get items fixed or checked. During the buying process, we hit a few rough spots with a couple listing agents, but Ryan always went to bat for us and fought to ensure we were getting the best deal/ outcome possible.
