Lauren is a Richmond native and a full-time agent with the Jenny Maraghy Team with Compass. She is a part of a team consisting of over 30 expert agents representing buyers and sellers throughout central Virginia. In 2021, this team was one of Richmond’s top-producing teams with 613 homes sold totaling over $220 million dollars in volume! Lauren’s main goal as a real estate professional is to help her clients feel informed, comfortable, and completely excited for this new journey they are about to embark on whether it be a first home, relocation, or anything in between!
While in college at Virginia Tech, Lauren was a member of Block and Bridle, a member of Chi Omega Sorority, and a founding member of College Mentor for Kids. Philanthropy is rooted deeply in Lauren as her family has been dedicated donors to Make a Wish Foundation through their Christmas light display on the Richmond Tacky Light Tour since 1997. Her family’s display has been featured in the book, Merry Christmas America, and two television shows, Crazy Christmas Lights and Great Light Fight. These experiences as well as being a 6th through 12th grade high school educator has taught Lauren the value of communication, compassion, and leadership which she applies to her real estate business.
In her spare time, Lauren enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband, son, and two dogs. She also serves the Richmond community as a relief licensed veterinary technician for a local veterinary clinic.
